We will need your business name and other information regarding industries, requirements, etc. The requirment list will be submitted too.
The predicted cost range will be determined on the bases of total time, capital costs, end date, integrations needed and several other factors (see full list).
Once we agree on the price and time, we will start feeding Frech with all your data and then the Frech Process will be started.
In addition to the basic process, other requirments will also be considered and added to make Frech more comfortable with your business. Features like eccommerce, translations, calculator, etc will be added too.
The chatbot link will be shared throughout this process, so you can see the progress and provide any necessary feedback.
Once the entire chatbot is ready, we will do a test run wherein we send the prototype to our expert team who analyze the performance, and provide us with important feedback and detailed critisizm.
After the chat-bot is approved by our testing team you will be given the rights to the chatbot from where you can integrate it to your website, make it into a WhatsApp Bot, Facebook Bot, etc. Note that WhatsApp (and other) integrations will not be done by the Frech team, however, a very simple process will be sent to you as to how to do the integrations.
Once the integrations are successful and Frech is working as expected, a payment will be made to us. A free 15 day support will be given to all customers.

Since all the prices are custom, we have no pricing page. The project duration is dependent on the type of chat-bot and the price plan. You can mail us to get an estimate of the total time our team will need on the bases of your chatbot. You can also select all the features you want your Frech to have and we will give you an estimate of the time our team will need. You can also simply ask Frech.
CAN I UPGRADE AND TRAIN FRECH ON MY OWN?
No, Frech can only understand a specific set of training instructions and uses numerous programs and tools to train. You can, however, apply for a continous plan wherein we upgrade Frech for specific number of months.
WHAT ALL DO I NEED TO SEND THE FRECH TEAM FOR THE CHATBOT PROCESS TO START?
Ask Frech this question since he is smarter than all of us, and also will be able to pin point your exact needs and evaluate them. If you are uncomfortable with that you could drop us a mail and we could reply to you in 3-4 business days. The following is a general list of the things we ussually need for chatbot developments:
1) Basic details - Name, Industry, etc
2) Type of business - Bank, Software, Law firm, etc
3) Goal - Query Handeling, Smart bookings, etc
4) Training data - contact us or Frech for this.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ALL THE DATA NEEDED?
Although the data is essential for Frech to be trained, we can still program Frech to understand your requirements and features like bookings, ecommerce, translation, suggestions, calculations, etc can still be done.
